Should have experience in all kind of drafting, appearances before High Courts, Lower Courts, Tribunals and Appellate Authorities especially NCLT and NCLAT, briefing to Senior Counsels and Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters. Technical Skills Required: - Must have experience in drafting all sort of petitions, appeals, rejoinders, suits etc. along with filing of all applications related to civil and criminal litigation. - Must have experience in drafting and filing of Insolvency petitions, appeals, rejoinders, interim applications, demand notices etc. - Appearing before all level of Courts, Tribunals, Appellate, Registry and Authorities. - Experience in attending mediation meetings on behalf of corporate debtors or creditors. - Must have handled matters in IPAB.
