Litigation Lawyer - Inhouse - Power Sector/Infrastructure Industry

- A Mid-Management role being part of the Legal Department, Skilled lawyer with Litigation, Legal Compliance, Liaison, Corporate Litigation, Legal Management, Contracts

- Electricity Act 2003 and Electricity Rules experience.

- Should have prior experience in managing litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes. Litigation will be across forums up to the Supreme Court.

- Initiating and defending proceedings before various regulatory forums, especially under the Electricity Act 2003.

- Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters including drafting letters of representation, claim/dispute notices, and legal correspondence.

- Preparing legal agreements and contracts etc.

- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for all operations in an organization.

- Reviewing existing contracts and legal documents to make sure that they are compliant with the company's goals and the law including making standardized base contracts for key functions.

Qualification :

- Around 8 - 10 years of experience in large corporations/ Law firms handling Litigation Management.

- Have Power Sector / Infrastructure Industry exposure
