Our Client, one of India's Leading and Largest Financial Services player is seeking qualified Legal Professionals for the role of: Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution - Real Estate Finance at its Corporate office in Mumbai: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - The person should be well versed with the court proceedings, must have attended the court of law and should be well versed with process and systems prevailing in various courts; - Must have the experience in the recovery laws, SARFAESI, CPC, Cr.P.C, court process etc and have ability to take independent decisions; - Must have ability to draft the plaint, complaint, FIR, written statement, reply, affidavits, etc independently. Must have the practical knowledge of court processes and actual court working; - Must have the expertise in recovery of dues including recovery litigations and working of various legal forum/courts etc. DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - LLB with 3 - 8 years of PQE into 'Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution' with Law firms / Banks / NBFCs. - Must possess good liaisoning skills. - Must be well versed in computer operation like Ms-office, power point, excel and having good typing speed. - Interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Reliability. - Possess excellent oral and written communications skills. - Planning, organisations and system orientation and attention to details . Note: Mumbai based candidates would be preferred.
