Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.

What the roles and responsibilities will be as HR Head?

Planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees are the responsibilities of HR managers. In addition to acting as a liaison between management and staff, they advise business executives on strategic planning. The role of an HR manager may be more crucial than ever in today's environment.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

- Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

- Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in employee relations or industrial relations.

- Strong experience in dealing with unions.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.

- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.

- Strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.

- Previous experience in F&B or restaurant industry is a must.
