Who we are?

Funded by Matrix Partners & CRED, LiquiLoans (LL) is an RBI registered NBFC. The company is founded by entrepreneurs who previously co-founded a successful rental platform "RentoMojo''.

Our goal is to allow borrowers to get faster loans and at cheaper interest rates and enable every investor to give loans to these creditworthy individuals in a safe and legal manner. We intend to build a dynamic, completely tech - enabled loan exchange marketplace where individuals can lend money to other individuals within minutes.

We are the largest P2P Fintech platform in the country. We are also one of the few Fintechs to be profitable and currently valued at USD 200 million, with monthly disbursals of around INR 400 cr.

Designation - Senior Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Establish, manage and lead a collaborative design process from user research, competitive benchmarking to finally delivering designs

- Work closely with the Product Team to define the strategy and roadmap using user research

- Create wire-frames, mockups and engaging prototypes, and help implement designs

- Ability to simplify problems, generate user flows, incorporate feedback and work iteratively, validating potential solutions with users and stakeholders alike

- Mentor and coach other Product Designer(s)

- Deliver company and team objectives through actionable design initiatives

- Help build and evangelize LiquiLoans' design culture and process

Skills required:

- 5+ years of great hands-on Product Design experience across Web & App platforms

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

- Ability to understand business priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time

- A people's person with proven interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders

- Team handling skills is a big plus

- Proficiency in at least one Design Tool - Figma, XD etc.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be a plus

- Voracious learner with an interest in finance
