Sr Manager - Marketing Analytics - NBFC - Personal Loan Vertical

As part of Personal Loans division, you will be the Marketing Analytics Expert who will provide outstanding Consumer Insights, recommendations and vital insights to the Marketing team, which will drive overall strategy and direction for improving the Product, Channel, Pricing and Target Segments.

Your responsibilities will include following, but are not limited to :

1. Deliver creative analytics solutions for campaigns and business objectives & improve the process of digital analytics.

2. Implement a digital analytics framework for exploratory analysis of data, building better decision-making systems.

3. Design and implement digital analytics systems and setup procedures and methodologies to gather and interpret data.

4. Work closely with growth marketing team and digital agency on media, creative, account management, customer insight, trends, A/B testing to optimise and improve campaign & business deliverables.

5. Work with the data solutions team to deliver quality analysis, drive data innovation, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Evaluate campaign performance, analyse conversions and rop-outs, and manage the tracking and reporting of KPI deliverables.

7. Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to optimise campaign strategy and increase ROI.
