Job Description :

- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.

- Ensure that the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Advise management on legal implications of various business transactions.

- Manage legal disputes and litigation matters.

- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.

- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities.

- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.

- Develop and implement internal policies to ensure legal compliance.

- Provide training to employees on legal matters.

- Provide legal opinions and recommendations to management.

Key skills :

- Experience in drafting agreements, litigations, working with external Legal Counsel.

- Advance Word

- Effective Communication and presentation skills

- Hardworking and reliable
