LiquiLoans - Senior Manager - Credit Audit & Hindsighting

- Sampling Check based on Hard cuts and identified parameters (rejections, approvals)

- Quality Management in terms of TAT tracking, pendency, etc.

- Analysis and Review of DPD, Bounce Cases and highlight concerns and mitigation.

- Audit for New Dealer Onboarding Process and share findings

- Create Procedures and SOPs, audit manual, checklists to make audit scalable

- Newsletter and Reporting to management / stakeholders on findings, action plans and establish accountability

- Solution driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritizing.

- Ensure post disbursement covenants and monitorable are stipulated and tracked

- Portfolio Monitoring activities encompassing exposure tracking, overdue distribution, business parameters of parameters, tracking key developments of partners for red flags

- Ability to have an analytical bent of mind to analyze, improve and implement new & existing
processes from scratch.

- Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

- Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/ domain

- Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on execution.

- Analysis of the gaps in the existing process and optimization of the same as strategic projects

- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge

- Keep sharp eye on user experience and journey
