Exact Role :
- Ideating multiple new fixed income products and strategies, clearly defining processes, resolving edge cases and ensuring optimal execution.
Key Responsibilities are as follows :
1. Develop multiple new fixed income products and strategies by initiating, structuring and executing SOPs to drive revenue growth for the organization.
2. Collaborating with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers
3. Strategize the development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications and strategy development that forms the core of the business.
4. Build new verticals for expanding business relationships to allied industries
Qualification and Experience :
1. 3-7 years of experience in sales, partnership or alliances
2. CA / MBA / CFA / Post Graduate from a top college/university
3. Experience with fixed income strategy + product innovation + growth marketing + communications & analytics is a plus
