Looking for (Designation) B2B Sales - who wants to disrupt alternate fixed income B2B sales and grow + establish India's fastest growing new asset class/product which is being distributed by 2300 + PAN India Top IFAs; (Including Top Stock Brokers, Listed Financial Intermediaries).

LiquiLoans (LL) is India's Largest Profitable P2P NBFC Regulated by the RBI. LL provides a lucrative investment product (underlying loans credit rated by ICRA) to investors & parallelly offers consumer loans to Prime Retail Borrowers. LL has established a strong value proposition in the digital lending space. To fund prime loans, investors are sourced by offering an opportunity to invest in a lucrative debt i.e., fixed income investment product. The company is founded by entrepreneurs who have previously co-founded a successful rental platform "RentoMojo''. LiquiLoans is last valued at over USD. 200Mn & is funded by Marquee VC Firm Matrix Partners, CRED and Ultra HNI Angel Investors.

- 650+ PAN India Team Size, Offices in 12+ Cities, Double Digit Profit in Crores in the Last FY. Profitable since the last 3yrs in the 5yr journey. Valued at over 200Mn USD (Rs. 1600+Crs).

- In terms of Revenues, by next year we will be at PAR with Top 10 AMC's in the country.

Top Distributors: Prudent Corp., ET Money, FiMoney, CRED, LKP Securities, Dalal & Broacha, Prabhudas Liladher & 2300+ MFDs/Wealth Managers.

Business Model: Similar to Bajaj Finance, we provide largely no-cost consumer loan to prime retail borrowers (avg. 700+ credit score) and on the same platform we raise the capital from the investors (via p2p nbfc) to help them make a higher and safer return on their capital (8-10.5% return). We also offer Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through our 2nd NBFC for HNIs n Corporates. So have lucrative invst. Products to offer right from 10K to 100Cr of investments on Fixed Income.

What we do as a company:

We are a new super-fast growing fintech (P2P) platform facilitating lending & borrowing i.e., in simple terms we are a small fintech version of Bajaj finance i.e., we provide consumer and personal loans to the borrowers and on the same platform we raise capital from investors to help them make a higher & safer return on their capital.

Your role entails getting end investors via the B2B route i.e., by souring, empaneling, managing and deepening relationships with Wealth Mgmt. Firms, National Distributors, Stock Brokers, MFDs & IFAs. These partners earn commissions to distribute our fixed income invest product to their clients and getting us investments, which is then used for lending purposes (from the returns here, investors get paid).

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 50+ Sales RMs/AVPS

- Give direction for achieving their goals by giving them strategy on acquiring clients.

- Build an AUM of INR 15,000 CR from the existing INR 4,000 CR plus by penetrating the wealth management partners and IFAs

- 5%: Engage with Mgmt. for key converts + farming

- Deepening the relationship with wealth management partners and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)

- Engagement & Generating business from IFA Segment

- Responsible for managing sales activities across the country

- Provide Product Knowledge to the internal team, wealth partners and IFAs

- Coordination with the tech team to build the most innovative products required by the lenders and IFAs

- Good understanding of Global + Indian Financial Markets

- Strong Analytical skills.

- Understand and analyse various business models in the fintech lending space and identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of partnerships.

- Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on execution.

- Analysis of the gaps in the existing process and optimization of the same as strategic projects

- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge
