LiquiLoans - Manager - Financial Operations

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding the commercials for each partner & costs associated with end to end operations of each partnership.

- Develop a partner level P&L and achieve efficiency. Suggest better processes to achieve efficiencies.

- Eliminating manual processes involved in daily operations by working with the Product & Tech team.

- Track metrics such as projected volumes vs actual volumes, IRR, number of loans, underlying portfolio class/ target segment and consumer profiles.

- Work closely with other teams to formulate upselling policies.

- Manage daily operations such as processing disbursal requests, reconciling repayment data, ensuring system updation, raising demand for NPA settlements.

- Sharing data with the finance team to raise invoices basis various commercial arrangements.

- Negotiation of transaction commercials with clients and finalization of templates.

- Publish MIS for timely information exchange with the founding team.

Skill Set:

- CA freshers preferred

- Proficiency in MS Office especially Ms Excel

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

- Immediate Joiner Preferred
