AVP/Senior Manager (Risk Co Lending Partnerships)

- Would be responsible for managing the credit risk, portfolio hygiene and exposure management across (end to end activities) of the Co-lending partnerships under LL

- Understanding partner business model, underlying portfolio, partner's portfolio parameters, etc. Identification of risks and concerns and framing mitigation metrics around this

- Financial Due Diligence and Risk analysis of all the deals being entered into.

- Structuring the transaction in terms of pricing, ring fencing flows, to facilitate strong partnerships

- Solution driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritising.

- Basic understanding & ability to under the legal documentation & guidelines governing lending business.

- Ensure post disbursement covenants and monitorables are stipulated and tracked

- Portfolio Monitoring activities encompassing exposure tracking, overdue distribution, business parameters of parameters, tracking key developments of partners for red flags

- Frame an early warning signal policy for the respective partnerships to ensure timely action

- Strong people / stakeholder management. This role requires deep linkages throughout the organization and partner ecosystem

- Ability to have an analytical bent of mind to analyse, improve and implement new & existing processes from scratch.

- Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as most of the discussions would involve CXO & senior management level brass to under Risk and Portfolio Related aspects of Partner.

- Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/ domain

- Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on execution.

- Analysis of the gaps in the existing process and optimization of the same as strategic projects

- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge

- Key inputs in product structuring, negotiation. Contracting, Execution and monitoring.

- Keep sharp eye on user experience and journey
