Who we are?

Funded by Matrix Partners & CRED, LiquiLoans is an RBI registered NBFC. The company is founded by entrepreneurs who previously co-founded a successful rental platform RentoMojo.

Our goal is to allow borrowers to get faster loans and at cheaper interest rates and enable every investor to give loans to these creditworthy individuals in a safe and legal manner. We intend to build a dynamic, completely tech - enabled loan exchange marketplace where individuals can lend money to other individuals within minutes.

We are the largest P2P Fintech platform in the country. We are also one of the few Fintechs to be profitable and currently valued at USD 200 million, with monthly disbursals of around INR 400 cr.

Designation - AVP : Group Product Manager (Investments)

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the roadmap and strategic roadmap for the Investments vertical with a strong focus on Growth across our Website and the Mobile App

- Conceptualize impactful features and product offerings by collaborating with internal teams like Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Business Development

- Manage the product life cycle including Strategy, User Research, Requirements, Prototyping, Launch, etc.

- Implement go-live strategies, define goals and metrics for the success of your products/features/ processes

- Identifying new potential channels that run parallel with the business goals

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to attract more customers to the business

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Required Skill Set:

- 4-6 years of product management experience, with experience in Growth and Mobile Apps

- B-Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred) or Engineering from a Tier 1 Institute

- Excellent Knowledge in building and scaling digital platforms, with an obsession around solving customer problems

- Good team handling experience of at least 1 year

- Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies

- Crisp communication skills & ability to convert requirements into user stories

- Ability to focus on the task while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
