Your Role and Responsibilities
Performance Management :
- Collaborate with HR to create a meaning goal setting and KRA setting exercise at a company level.
- Execute monthly PnLs of the departments as well as of the company
- Perform monthly reviews of the departments to analyze month on month movement, perform gap analysis to AOP and deep dive into problem solving
- Develop vertical depth in every department, become an audit function of the department and enable the department to perform better with data backed decision making.
- Develop a data backed appraisal approach for an objective evaluation of employee performance
- Develop a company level incentive structure which is in line with performance expectations and driving employee performance.
- Evolve the annual budgets and the budgetary allocation of the company
- Create a review of the technology infrastructure and processes and develop a plan for scale.
Strategic Planning - Work with the department heads to create the Annual Operating Plan of the departments and the company to create a blueprint of how to operate, what is the target and how will we get there.
Culture Setting - Bringing about general alignment of the company's goal, vision, mission and the general strategic direction with each of the stakeholders.
Management Overview:
- Create monthly decks for management overview
- Document each meeting with minutes of meeting along with actionable and following up to close next steps
- Hiring of important non key roles from the perspective of the founder
Skillsets Required:
- 3-5 years of total experience with a stint in a Founder's Office role or a previous entrepreneurial experience.
- Consulting experience will be a positive
- Any graduate with an MBA / CA from a tier 1 or tier 2 university
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Candidate should exhibit
