AVP - Credit Underwriting:
- Manage key verticals - Consumer Loans / PL and Vehicle Finance.
- Involvement in setting up new verticals as and when planned
- Headcount planning - hiring, L&D, motivation, attrition management
- Process Improvements, SOPs, standardization of workflow
- Underwriting complex loan applications through TVR (telephone verification), analysis of personal profile, documents and financial ratios, CIBIL analysis, Bank Statement Analysis, coordination with different teams and accordingly decision the loans.
- Prepare reports to portfolio summary across volumes, decisioning rates, TAT, quality of portfolio, alarming trends, etc.
- Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.
- Giving feedback to the policy team for improvements
- Continuous monitoring & hind-sighting of the applications to identify lapses and take corrective actions
- Competition Analysis to introduce new relevant practices and strengthening the processing / views on segments.
- Collaborating with Data Science, Product Team, Business Teams, Policy Team for resolving bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow
- Perform ad-hoc assignments allocated from time to time
