AVP - EIR (Debt Structuring Strategy)

- This role at Liquiloans is a part of a broader supply strategy team tasked managing debt fundraising initiatives to propel the growth journey of the company.

- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end evaluation and execution of all capital structuring, financial analysis, stakeholder management and partnering with NBFCs/Banks

1. Manage debt fundraising for the organization while ensuring regulatory compliances

2. End-to-end execution of deals by debt structuring, preparation of information documents, developing financial models

3. Maintain strong relationships with diversified lender base of Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Investors

4. Work on business plan, investment memorandum and growth plan for the company

5. Handle entire gamut of pre- and post-sanction activities including proposal evaluation, preparation of term sheets and negotiation thereof with financial institutions

6. Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

7. Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment, evaluation of business model, preparation of CMA data/ projections and project reports/IMs

8. Ensuring TAT with respect to obtaining sanctions

9. Liaison with bankers for optimizing the overall cost of borrowing, periodic declarations.
