LinkZy - Technical Product Manager

We are partnering with a leading Ecommerce organization which ideating the way people travel using technology. The brand is a billion dollar group in Gurgaon scouting for Product Manager for one of their experiential line of business. The headcount will play a new role with new org dynamics in place.

The ideal fit will be a developer who have gradually moved to Product Management as a portfolio.

As a TPM, you will own and drive the life cycle of new features from high level concept to design to operational delivery and beyond. You will be responsible for aligning business and technical components to ensure delivery of high quality products on time working directly with a talented team of product owners, developers, and UI designers who are responsible for building applications and services for the world's largest travel agency. What You'll Do :

- You will collaborate with Developers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, to turn high level project objectives into stories with feature details in an agile development environment

- Work to balance objectives and manifest these as clear, stable priorities for the team.

- You'll produce scalable, flexible, efficient and supportable solutions using appropriate technologies

- Manage projects, drive delivery, plan/organize work, manage risks, communicate effectively and adapt to inevitable challenges.

- You'll continuously improve existing solutions building new technologies

- Work with team to get features released live and drive issue resolution.

- You effectively balance trade-offs between cost/schedule versus business benefit.

- Provide thought leadership to the team on massive-scale application issues such as reliability, serviceability, and performance.

- Actively contribute to our team's culture of having fun, embracing change, and delivering customers amazing features.

- You'll support and follow the Expedia Software Development Lifecycle and actively advance standard methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Continuous Delivery).

What You're :

- You have a technical degree and strong experience in a technical program or product management role

- Familiarity with Mobile based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for large scale, complex, mobile applications

- A real passion for solving complex software engineering problems in a dynamic environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education :

- Bachelors or Master's degree in information science, computer science or equivalent work experience
