LinkSmart Technologies - Product Manager/Co-Founder - IIT/BITS/NIT

Linksmart technologies is an advanced stage security start-up with its IP footprint in eight international jurisdictions providing disruptive solutions based on its globally differentiated core technology smartDNA which is first non clonable smartphone verifiable authentication tags with biggest use-case being brand duplication. We are seed funded and going through initial customer deployment, vendors and solution integrator development phase and at this stage we seek somebody who can play role of product management and technical marketing. He should work alongside the CEO to ideate & build out our industry-leading product(s) and has a intrinsic motivation to build a world-class technology product out of India.

We are looking for someone who is smart, willing to work to deliver existing ready-to-deploy solution to premium brands and functions at a fast pace mapping technology to business requirements within a very small team. A dynamic person who has a understanding of the technology ecosystem as well as a strong will to learn. You would contribute in case-studies, white papers availability and performance of our products/services - prepare technology strategy and architect the solutions for scalability and gradually build your own team. Should be able to participate and advocate Linksmart in expo and conferences

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus .

- Ability to quickly learn from new technology trends and having technical degree from reputed schools

- Excelled as a product manager technical architect, CTO or in a similar role.

- Ability to lead team and co-ordinate with vendors

- Should be visionary and able to take the product to the next level (for example, extending from B2B to B2C segment

- Should be extremely motivated

Skill set :

- Capability to articulate solutioning

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Past startup/entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus

Compensation ;

This position offers a combination of equity + moderate cash salary.
