LinkSmart Technologies - CTO/Technology & Solutions Head - IIT/BITS/NIT

Linksmart technologies is an IP oriented & funded security start-up providing disruptive solutions based on its globally differentiated core technology smartDNA which is non clonable smartphone verifiable authentication tags for brand duplication and asset tracking. We are going through initial deployment for multi-national customers, vendors and solution integrator development phase and at this stage we seek somebody who can head technology and solutions and work alongside the CEO and existing team to ideate & build out our industry-leading product(s) and has a intrinsic motivation to build a world-class technology product out of India.

We are looking for someone who is smart, willing to work to deliver ready-to-deploy solution to premium brands and functions at a fast pace environment within a very small team. A dynamic person who has a understanding of the technology ecosystem as well as a strong will to learn. You would own end-to-end availability and performance of our products/services - prepare technology strategy and architect the solutions for scalability and gradually build your own team. Should be able to participate and represent Linksmart in expo and conferences

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus .

- Ability to quickly learn from new technology trends and having technical degree from reputed schools

- Excelled as a product manager technical architect, CTO or in a similar role.

- Ability to lead team and co-ordinate with vendors

- Should be visionary - should be able to take the product to the next level and extend from B2B to B2C segment

- Should be extremely motivated

Skill set :

- Capability to customize and scale IT part of solution around android / Python/ Django

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Past startup/entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus
