LinkSmart Technologies - CTO/Technology & Solutions Head - IIT/BITS/NIT

Linksmart technologies is an IP oriented security start-up providing disruptive solutions in physical asset authentication and tracking services based on its core technology named smartDNA. We are going through initial customer deployment and vendor development phase and at this stage we seek somebody who can head technology and solutions and work alongside the CEO to ideate & build out our industry-leading product(s) and has a intrinsic motivation to build a world-class technology product out of India.

We are looking for someone who is smart, willing to work to deliver features and functions at a fast pace environment within a very small team. A dynamic person who has a strong understanding of the technology ecosystem as well as a strong will to learn. You would own end-to-end availability and performance of our products/services - prepare technology strategy and architect the solutions for scalability and subsequently build your own team.

It would be a great career opportunity for those who want to take leadership role in early days of start-up and play a critical role in shaping-up the product and communicate with apex officials in target product companies..

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus .

- Ability to quickly learn from new technology trends and having technical degree from reputed schools

- Excelled as a senior product engineer, product manager, technical architect, CTO or in a similar role.

- Ability to lead the entire back-end and front-end technology team for Linksmart

- Should be visionary - should be able to take the product to the next level

- Should be extremely motivated

Skill set :

- Capability to customize and scale existing solution around android / Python/ Django

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Past startup/entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus

This position offers a combination of equity + cash salary.
