Job Purpose :- sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.

Experience :

- Should have Understanding in marketing principles and being able to develop and execute marketing strategies is vital for marketing professionals.

- Should have the ability to conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends is essential for both sales and marketing roles.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising, is crucial in modern marketing.

- Managing and promoting the company's brand identity, messaging, and values to create a consistent and compelling brand image.

- Understanding budgets, pricing strategies, and financial metrics is essential for managing resources effectively.

- Building and maintaining a strong professional network can open up opportunities for both sales and marketing professionals.

- Conducting sales and marketing activities with honesty and integrity is crucial for building trust with customers and clients.

- Data enriching, analysis and presentation to enrich the effectiveness of decision Making

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.

- Train and support sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.

- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and email marketing.

Working Days: We observe a flexi timing. Saturday off in 2nd & 4th week.

Role also involves travelling.
