The Business Analyst will be a crucial part of helping manage operations using data analytics and process compliance across multiple universities and programs. This will give a unique opportunity to develop and exercise data analytics skills, ability to develop efficient processes and strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. Business Analyst: Role Definition LINC Education is seeking young and talented professionals for a full-time position, to assist our operations team with strong analytics support. LINC takes an extremely data-driven approach to manage our team of LINC Fellows (academic professionals) using a number of technology tools. We are also employing the latest data analytics techniques using machine learning algorithms to understand and predict student behaviour etc. The Business Analyst will work with the operations team to provide this analytics support. The role of the will cover the following key areas - 1. Generate and track daily / weekly KPIs to monitor course level performance 2. Create performance dashboards for LINC Fellows using Tableau 3. Analysis and report generation for University clients 4. Analytics on student data (captured through our proprietary platform) to identify key trends and key themes of student behaviour 5. Streamlining data capture mechanism using our Business Intelligence tools The business analyst will report directly to the Operations Director. What are we looking for? 1.
