Role Definition : Assistant Program Manager LINC Education is seeking young and talented professionals to lead the delivery of these service programmes to global universities. The assistant program manager will work directly with the program manager and Operations Director, as well as the Australia based account manager of the university. Their primary responsibility will be to own end-to-end management of key University accounts, thus significantly influencing the shape of the business. The role of the Assistant Program Manager will cover the following key areas : 1. Support the development of the delivery services standards (creating dashboards, setting up monitoring SOPs etc.), working with the Program Manager 2. Coordinate the daily delivery of services by LINC Fellows (LINCs part-time academic professionals) 3. Track the progress of daily, weekly and unit-related objectives. Motivate and guide LINC Fellows during delivery of the services 4. Develop strategies for service operations improvement and university query resolution 5. Lead quality assurance and quality control of services delivered in the unit including interacting with account managers and program managers at LINC 6. Manage final delivery output to the University 7. Constantly work on streamlining operations via the use of technology and analytics, and actively contribute towards overall product and service development. The assistant program manager will report to the Operations Director and Program Manager at LINC Education. What are we looking for? - Smart : Graduate from Tier 1 Engineering college (IIT/BITS) with 1-2 years of experience or from Tier 1 MBA (IIM, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain) with 0-1 year experience.
