About the Role: Would be working on various accounting and reporting tasks, encompassing payroll, reconciliation, tax compliance, and general accounting operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Calculate monthly prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue.

- Prepare AR invoices following a checklist.

- Review payroll to ensure compliance with Indian and multinational regulations.

- Monthly evaluation of bookkeeping schedules for compliance with professional standards, IFRS/Ind AS, and company policies.

- Ensure adherence to internal control procedures by examining financial records, reports, and operating practices.

- Verify assets and liabilities by cross-referencing documentation.

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts.

- Assist with internal and external audits.

- Prepare annual financial statements.

- Prepare and submit regulatory returns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Require 3 to 5 years of finance and accounting experience.

- Preference for CA/CMA Inter certification.

- Understanding of financial risk factors and mitigation strategies for risk management.

- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including implementation.
