Purpose of the Role : As the Lead for People Operations, you will own the entire post-recruitment life cycle for all team members at LimeTray. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for engaging and motivating our team by designing and implementing efficient policies and interventions to provide them with a great place to work! Reporting in to the Founders, this is a ground floor opportunity for designing and driving talent engagement and compensation strategies for a fast growing, global SaaS organization. Core Responsibilities : Leading a small team, you will be responsible for : - Conceptualizing and implementing targeted engagement initiatives for various employee cohorts in the organization - Designing and delivering all compensation initiatives, including fixed compensation, statutory compliance, LTIPs and equity linked compensation - Continually focus on improving HR processes and the systems that we leverage to automate these processes - Own and lead the Talent Development agenda at LimeTray. This includes performance management and learning and development initiatives - Conceptualize and implement a robust talent management framework to cater to our growth needs and in line with our business plan - Drive decision making in HR by providing access to high quality and insightful data points through dashboards, management reports and analysis - Own all retention initiatives, including exit interviews, process and the employee exit experience Desired Skills and Experience : - 5+ years of HR operations/business partnering experience in fast growing organizations/ business units with at least 200+ people - 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering compensation and rewards for a product organization - Must have exposure to Talent Analytics and HR dashboards - Must have strong communication and presentation skills - Would prefer candidates with exposure to business partnering for Technology teams Qualifications : - Graduation mandatory. MBA preferred - Additional certifications like GRP, CIPD etc. will be an added advantage
