Role Brief : - As a Business Analyst in the BizOps & Strategy team at LimeTray, youll be spearheading our companys strategy, directly with the founding team. - Our teams culture is to get our hands dirty by owning the execution along with the ideation, with different vertical heads. Key Result Areas : - Define, track and drive key business health metrics (Sales conversions, NPS & C-SAT, Retention, Gross Margin, etc.) - Build frameworks that identify the right metric and contribute to the measurement of efficiency metrics for the respective business unit. - Work closely with management and aid in achieving annual targets and future growth plans - Assist the top management and vertical heads in driving their respective P&L - Be the sole owner of the company's central database and ensure data sanity & visibility by creating interactive excel dashboards & trackers Essential Skills & Experience : - Tier 1 college graduates or post-graduate with 0-3 years of work experience in research, consulting, category manager, or similar strategy roles. - Strong-willed, sharp, problem-solver, and hands-on! - Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must. - SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Ads is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
