Limese - Manager - Brand Relations (0-4 yrs)
We are in search of a self-motivated and independent Brand / Retail Partnerships Manager to spearhead the management and growth of our portfolio of Korean beauty brands across various retail partners, both online and offline. This individual contributor role requires a candidate who is comfortable with owning the channel end-to-end, from cataloging to business planning, without direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of retail management expertise, brand representation skills, and partnership development experience within the beauty industry.
Brand Management and Strategy:
- Craft and enact strategic plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across all retail partners, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Maintain brand integrity across channels through consistent positioning, messaging, and visual merchandising.
Retail Partner Relations:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with current retail partners, acting as the principal contact for brand-related matters.
- Negotiate contracts with retail partners, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to agreements.
- Collaborate with retail partners to maximize product exposure and sales potential through optimal product placement and in-store marketing efforts.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate and present detailed sales reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Market Research and Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the Korean beauty industry and the wider beauty market to guide strategic decisions.
- Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of market demands and spot potential opportunities for expansion.
New Business Development:
- Seek out and engage with potential new retail partners to broaden the distribution of our brands.
- Formulate and implement strategies for entering new markets or channels.
- Partner with product development teams to relay market feedback and contribute to the creation of consumer-driven products.
- Work in tandem with supply chain and logistics to ensure product supply meets retail demand.
