Our users were on average creating 60 pageviews a month across platforms, our app conversion rates to GMV reached 8%, with 75%-80 of our GMV coming from organic traffic.   Candidate should be B.Tech + MBA  Job Description  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the customer service activities for O2O  - Eliminate the customers need to contact by multiple actions proactively and minimize customer complaints through various process & policy improvement  - Ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization  - Recommend timely markdowns on goods and reorders on best sellers.
