Limeroad is looking for an analytical and strategic Product Manager to join its Marketing and Growth team. You'll work with our CMO, stakeholders and other senior marketing leaders and be responsible for objective analysis, operational insights, cross - functional leadership, and strategic initiatives to drive overall growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead a team of designers and engineers to test new ideas and establish a culture of innovation through brainstorming, experimentation, and postmortems.
- Write specs, develop UI/ UX wireframes, manage project/ sprint execution, define A/ B tests, and lead roll - out strategy.
- Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new marketing insights.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Undergraduate degree from top tier university, B.Tech/BS in Engineering, Computer Science.
- 4+ years of work experience in product, growth, or marketing roles in enterprise software, SaaS, or consumer internet.
- Experience building and launching multiple successful web and mobile products and features.
- Hands on knowledge and expertise in analyzing large sets of data to inform decisions.
- Experience working cross - functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (powerpoint and excel) .
