Responsibilities:
1. Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives which would include the product, associated processes that would drive the businesses and customer experience.
3. Improving product quality - Through analysis of sale trends, customer feedback and competition mapping, candidate will be required to develop a model around improving product quality.
4. Improving conversion metrics - A through analysis of the sale process flow and identifying the blockers which arise at each stage of the process, the candidate will be expected to create and implement a model to improve platform level conversion.
5. The candidate will be working on improving the post sales process, by identifying the factors contributing to customer returns and/or non-delivery, thus improving the platform experience and profitability.
6. Continuously benchmark company vs competition to identify gaps/opportunities for additional revenue, user experience, feature set and communication.
