LimeRoad - Design Manager - Men/Women Western Wear/Ethnic Wear

We are seeking a dynamic creative individual who will work well in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, is quality driven and pays close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Well versed with the design process, understanding trends and creating mood boards for the season

- Work on detailed tech packs which can be easily translated by the extensive vendor base

- Good with market research, understanding the drift of the trends in the market through various channels like keeping a tab on fashion shows, work of young designers, market surveys and can easily translate those for the in house brand

- Team Work, collaborate and coordinate with various teams (buying and sourcing) for efficient results

- Understands the pace of online business and is geared up to keep in sync with the speed.

- Is strong with R&D and sales like tracking what styles are doing well on the portal, what looks are working.

- Can work on the right translation of design from paper to final samples, has an understanding of the technicalities of design like patterns, fabrics, trims and embellishments to guide the vendors in the right direction
