Manager - Demand & Supply Planning - Create forecast for different business lines in conjunction with business teams - Inventory planning to meet customer service level agreement without affecting excess inventory and penalty on delayed deliveries or short supplies - Anchor Channel S&OP and to enable and to improve the forecast accuracy - Shares supply visibility, risks, and opportunities to maximize sales - Create supply plan for various sku's to be procured in conjunction with procurement team - Co-ordinate with procurement team to ensure timely material availability at warehouse - Manage and monitor customer service issues, ensure resolution within agreed SLA by coordinating with different functions - Create & manage operations dashboard for review and monitoring on an on-going basis - Manage 3PL service provider performance through regular monitoring and reviews
