Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and market school enrichment program offerings that meet the needs of K-12 students with diverse interests.
- Accountable for end-to-end revenue generation and profit and loss of the business vertical
- Develop strategies for business development to help achieve company sales goals across campuses
- Liaise with School Principals and parents to understand ground requirements.
- Develop, support, and market school enrichment program offerings that meet the needs of K-12 students with diverse interests.
- Keeps abreast of changing developments, trends and educational
- Strengthen existing partnerships for school enrichment program programs while exploring new opportunities for partnerships and new revenue streams.
- Tap business opportunities & corporate tie ups by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options
- Liaison with partners to source corporate clients and execute joint programs
- In collaboration with the Marketing and Admissions Coordinator, develop marketing plan for school enrichment program.
- Develop and manage the financial and operational aspects of school enrichment program across campuses
- Establish and enforce school enrichment program business goals and program pricing, payments and communicate the same to stakeholders for execution.
- Develop procedures and policies for the operation of the after school enrichment program
- Managing teams to drive to achieve targets from schools

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:- Post Graduate / Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, category management etc.
- Experienced in business and marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strategic alliances, Corporate tie-ups & B2B- B2C sales experience
- Strategic, resourceful, and forward-thinking
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Interested in working in the fast-paced, growing corporate environment.
