Role: Strategy and Finance Transformation

Job Description:

1. Understanding and ownership of multiple projects

2. Stakeholder Management by working as - ONE TEAM

3. Status update, follow up's with various stakeholders (including CXO level)

4. Maintaining project documentation for all the projects as per defined documentation standards

5. Draft and document new/existing processes, SLA's, OLA's per business requirement

6. Identify and overview the interdependencies between program work streams and processes to ensure integration between all programs

7. Excellent management skills to operate to a very high standard, working within very tight deadlines

Desired Qualification, Experience:

1. MBA - Finance, CA. (Inter)

2. Understands basic terminologies of Finance like working capital, Fixed Assets, Current Assets, Current Liabilities, Controls checks

3. PMO certification is desirable

4. Change Management skills is desirable

5. 2-3 years of direct experience in handling majority of above mentioned role

6. Good written and spoken English
