KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- PNL - Responsible for publishing P & L to the stores, Budget Vs Actual variance analysis, conducting reviews with TCMs on MOM.

- Budget - Responsible for sharing store level expense timely for accurate comparative financial budgets, analysis of budgets, Estimates periodically.

- Cost Drive - Store cost driving to optimize the expenses within the budget and POA for high variance if any.

- CAPEX -Responsible for capital expense monitoring to keep within the budget. CWIP, Open PO analysis, Pending provision, developers scope etc.

- CAPEX -Preparation & Analysis of CBA for all Capex Investments excluding NSO stores

- Inventory - Leading role in Negative stock analysis, damage monitoring, NTG consumables control etc an ensure Global count/PI and stock take are conducting timely and properly at Store/WH. Variances are properly escalated with POA for high variances.

- Inventory - Responsible for Trade GIT and Fixed Asset GIT clearance and tracking over pending GIT periodically.

Non profitable stores Identification & action on Non profitable stores

Area Productivity Store area productivity & non performing areas action plan on improvisation

Control on Damage / Shrinkage

Compliances Store licenses, insurance coverage / claims, LARS, C-Comply, CSA and ACL monitoring

Monitoring of Hyperian Allocations & rectifying corrections on MOM

Analysis of Warehouse expenses Vs Budgets, Preparation of DMS, CSD P & L, Outsource Manpower, Transportation cost optimization

Approval Provision validation & approvals

Finalization of Daily sales phasing

Regional Office Expenses

Verification of Employee cost mapping for Concept / LS Debits on MOM

Budgets, P&L Analysis

Cost Savings tracker

Circulation of MoM targets Vs realized

PFR-Project Feasibility Report

Review & Validate of PFR

SPD Comparison with PFR, reasons & actions on improvement

Non Trade / Capex

Co-ordination, Monthly review with COE / Shared services.

Audit & Governance

- Monitoring & taking necessary actions for all the audits
