Role Summary  Deliver operations P&L for the concept through product planning, product presentation and productivity across all stores for Brands & Pvt. Label.   Key Job Responsibilities :   Performance and Profitability  - Plan store wise budgeting in alignment with the overall concept targets and profitability  - Drive sales per day to achieve budgets across departments within the concept  - Analyze store level sales and opportunity loss for existing and new stores and take required actions  - Plan for the right brand and product mix for new and existing stores based on customer profiles and preferences.  - Undertake competition benchmarking along with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps and take required actions to address the gaps for Pvt. Label (with reference to products and sales)  Product Planning  - Review OTB planning and provide feedback for Pvt. Label.  - Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure availability of stock for crucial periods (EOSS, category fests etc.)  - Audit and sign off on the range presentation as per defined requirements and timelines for Pvt. Label.  Retail Operations  - Review adherence to relevant checklists by the retail operations team as per the store operations procedure and take required actions to address issues  - Analyze the audit report findings and ensure required actions are taken to address the audit related issues  - Review product presentation to ensure products are presented and updated at regular intervals as per the planogram  - Collaborate with the marketing team to improve walk ins and conversions  - Drive adherence to shrinkage and damage norms  - Drive Planogram Effectiveness & Schedule for Pvt. Label.  Store Layout Planning  - Review the store layout, elevation, fixture plan, option capacity, VM treatment within the concept and sign off along with projects & marketing team  - Review and ensure that the store layout, as signed off in the corporate office along with the projects team, is adhered to at all times (including the circulation plan)  - Take required actions to ensure that all the required infrastructure and resources are available prior to new store launch  People Management  - Provide direction and align team to the department goals  - Select, coach, manage and develop the team to continuously enhance performance  - Training specific to Concept (especially for Pvt. Label)  Desired Candidate Profile  - Candidate Should have good experience in retail operations.  - Should be from Apparel Retail Organization.   - Should be handling National Ops Portfolio.
