Bangalore.   Education: CA / ICWAI   Experience: 9-10 years of experience in Commercial Operations in the retail industry.   SUMMARY:   Ensuring smooth functioning of stores and warehouse operations for all support functions related activities.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Ensure adherence to SOP's with respect to commercial operations, custodian and responsibility for safe keep of assets at Stores/warehouses/offices and ensure assets are adequately insured and movements monitored.  - Ensure effective control on operational and capital expenditure in line with the budget, analyse and address variances.  - Effective co-ordination with vendors, business units and Group Accounts to ensure timely submission of bills, processing, payments and reconciliation in line with defined SLA's.  - Monitor daily collection reconciliation process in line with defined SOPs, ensure flow of funds into bank accounts, control on store credits and gift vouchers, co-ordinate with store and bank to address customer issues with respect to refunds and double swipes.  - Ensure all licenses are valid and in force, compliance to relevant tax laws, co-ordinate with legal and taxation team on notices received at business units.  - Preparation of relevant financial reports and dissemination to Business Managers and functional heads at the Territory level.   - Close co-ordination with functional teams for collecting inputs, validation and consolidation in close co-ordination with Financial Planning team in preparation of annual business plan.  In case you are interested on the above requirements, kindly share your profile at the earliest and feel free to contact.   If you are not keen on this, please refer your friends and colleagues.   Antaryami Raula   HR Team  Lifestyle International Pvt .
