As the leader of Ecommerce Analytics team in DLL, you will design, develop and lead the execution of data driven solutions for ever growing e-commerce business of Landmark Group. You will be working very closely with the Ecommerce Business Heads in each brand, Head of Products (ECommerce Platform) and Head of Analytics to identify key issues, strategic growth areas and enhance quality of decisions through analytics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO's / Head of Ecommerce / Head of Marketing of various brands to understand business issues, focus areas and growth factors; and translate into analytical initiatives. - Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce of various business units to define Ecommerce analytics roadmap and project deliverables. - Lead 6 to 8 members team to deliver data driven recommendations for achieving annual targets and KPIs of Ecommerce Channel. - Manage end to end project delivery of concurrent projects across brands, territories and analytical service offering while leading project teams in India and UAE. Create an impact on business while ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of the output - Leverage quantitative analysis, data mining and data presentation/visualization to extract actionable insights by analyzing large, complex, multidimensional customer behavior data sets (ex. Purchase data, Click Stream Data, Social Media Data, etc.) - Design, develop and implement various analytical frameworks like product recommendations, cohort analyses, long term trends, user segmentation, regression models and more to improve omni-channel decision making - Design simple, dependable data pipelines and implement automated reporting of key metrics - Act as strategic partner to all our product (website feature) development teams, and collaborate with other functions like Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Care, Finance and so on - Inform, influence and support through expert internal and external research and analysis, our product (website feature) decisions and product (website feature) launches - Use your domain expertise to understand how our consumer interact with our core business and products. Provide high-end consulting to senior leadership in Ecommerce teams to help them sharpen their business strategy - Empower and guide your colleagues to work effectively and efficiently with data - Focus on creating a data-informed culture within the organization Desired Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any quantitative discipline. Candidates from Economics, Statistics or Operations Research background from reputable institutions will be preferred - Mandatory: You must have in-depth experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst or similar web, social media measurement tools and other online tools to measure and improve content visibility and impact; Knowledge of tag implementation &amp; tag debugging tools. - Mandatory: Expertise in analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS/SQL, etc - Expertise in analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Cluster analysis, Market Basket analysis, CART, CHAID, Linear Optimization etc. - Expertise in visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau, etc. - Strong MS office skills and data visualization competence - Excellent verbal and written presentation skills - Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment - Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in delivering analytical solutions within mid to large size project teams - Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations - Open to Travel (up to 10%) on need basis
