Role Summary - Define, manage and enhance brand performance; Manage and enhance the product category performance by creating and executing consumer engagement opportunities to meet the short term and long term brand/ business objectives Key Job Responsibilities Brand Management - Develop understanding of the product categories and the brand proposition - Plan road map and prepare new Product and category launches in stores in line with brand and business objective - Define and efficiently execute the product category / concept launch in retail touch points with innovative branding with efficient one date launch plan multiple stores - Lead brand initiatives to effectively communicate the brand and product propositions to consumers through in-store and media communications - Develop and execute marcom for the new concepts and products in various visibility channels and primary catchment and other media i.e. Store, Malls, social media, hand outs, Posters, DM, Emailers and so on - Plan and execute Below-the-line activities focusing stores and catchments to increase awareness on new concepts and products, such as mall events, and activations, society activations, trial shows and so on. - Develop and conduct consumer understanding through market research, market analysis, store visits and other relevant channels - Finding partner / vendor for developing POPs - Maintain ongoing and develop partnerships encompassing advertising and marketing agencies, vendors to help deliver the marketing objectives - Lead marketing communication initiatives from concept design to delivery of the initiatives - Manage - Space on Hire- in stores with revenue targets People Management - Provide guidance and align team to the organizational and department goals - Manage and develop the team to enhance their effectiveness - Coordinate with various product teams to develop the concept content - Relations with vendors for best business outcome Key Result Areas (KRAs) Finance - Product / Concept launch at multiple stores as per the business plan - Increase of sales for the new categories - Achieve SOH target Customer - Concept awareness - Reach increase Process - SOP for Concept launch in stores at one go - SOP for SOH People - Provide guidance and align team to the organizational and department goals - Manage and develop the team to enhance their effectiveness - Coordinate with various product teams to develop the concept content - Relations with vendors for best business outcome
