SUMMARY
- To achieve budgeted sales through deployment of marketing communication (internal & external)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Implementation
- Work closely with RMM for developing a widespread Marketing Strategy to achieve a domestic turnover.
- Ensure effective deployment of all National promos, well supported by LSMI.
Vendor Management
- Develop and closely work with vendors for events, printing and fabrication of signages.
- Effective negotiation and restrict marketing spends in order to meet business objectives.
Operations Management
- Close Co-ordiantion with Store Marketing Executives/Sales Operations Team / Corporate Marketing Team for implementation of Marketing Plans at the Stores level.
Consumer Loyalty
- Focused approach on TIC base and maintain 50% conversions at stores.
- Ensure Data entered is valid in CRM.
- Implement Cross Promo offers on quarterly basis.
MIS & Competition Tracking
- Develop Analyze, Use & Share Marketing MIS for Business building.
- Responsible for competitive Study\Tracking\Analysis for meeting business objectives.
