As a Growth Marketing Manager, you play an integral role in developing the customer journey and leveraging the product to acquire loyal customers at scale. Your responsibilities entail helping to determine positioning, conducting competitive analysis and owning external communications while identifying key traction channels to effectively acquire customers. A key facet of your role is to work in cohesion with teams across sales, customer success, product and engineering. What we are looing for : - Self-driven individual with 5+ years of experience in Growth/Retention Marketing - Understanding of UI and customer flow in Journey and ability to influence - Journey creation for all steps in Customer Journey - Data-driven B2C or internet/ecommerce driven marketing expert that has a passion for delivering results - Knowledge across all CRM channels like E-mail, SMS, Push Notifications etc for improving conversions - Ability to design, develop innovative campaigns that resonate with brand's target audience - Regular monitoring &amp; analysis of the campaign performance at channel level. - Experience with any one of the marketing automation tool such as Clever tap, MO Engage. - Experience developing B2B relationships, preferably in digital marketing Requirements : - B.Tech, MBA or equivalent with extensive growth marketing experience - Ability to navigate dynamic and changing environments which is a staple to start-ups - Strong negotiation skill &amp; willingness to take more responsibilities on digital marketing channels. - Excellent execution, multi-tasking &amp; communication skills. - Cross-functional coordination to solve customer queries - Extensive knowledge on Ad words, DoubleClick, Google Analytics and other digital and mobile ad serving and tracking platforms - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under work pressure.
