We are looking for Entrepreneurs who want to do that disruption alongside us.  The role of the VP - Finance will be of a Financial Controller, managing and maintaining the financial health of the organization including and not limited to FP&A, Reporting, Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Compliances, Controls, Audit etc.   Roles and Responsibilities:   This position shall ensure effective financial management of the business. Responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute growth plans. Manage Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Budgeting and Control and most of all take complete ownership of Finances of the company. You would be working directly with the founders.  Accounts and Finance:  - Corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation   - Responsibilities will also include financial risk management, Accounting, Compliance, Audits, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Due Diligence, Managing all finance and accounting operations  - Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances  - Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements & MIS  - Setting up, testing and monitoring of internal controls & procedures.  - Working Capital Management & Banking facility management.  - Ensuring timely and accurate finalization and audit of Financial Records  - Compliance with all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters including filing, reporting, and assessment  - Compliance with all laws including RBI, labor laws & liaison with legal consultants for various legal matters   - Responsible for internal and statutory audit & regular stock audit, control testing  Candidate Profile:  - Educational/Professional Qualification - CA 1st attempt qualified  - Work-experience - 8 to 10 years post CA.
