- Passion in consultative sales and business development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good logical reasoning and structured approach for conversion

- Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects on call and do sales conductions through video sessions or in-person meeting (for field sales)
- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers via telecalling
- Update and create tailored client proposals
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met
- Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure daily targets are met
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Good English communication is mandatory
2. Good laptop with working camera and mic and decent data connection
3. Ready to join immediately within 1-2 weeks
4. 0-5 years of Sales experience preferred. Fresh Graduates with excellent English communication will be considered
