- Build strong working relationships, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and establish a proactive approach to customer service. - Provides guidance and support in administering human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employees receive fair and reasonable treatment to establish a supportive work environment and to avoid potential legal liabilities. - Vigilant that no labour unions are formed within the organization. - Responsible for the maintenance and updation of all the documentation that are required to be kept by various Acts under Labour law. - Resolve and respond to all notices/queries sent by the labour department. - Build and Maintain good relationships with the labour department and other government agencies. - Provides first line support for all employees- inquiries. Addresses and resolves employee relations concern in a timely and responsive manner. - Direct involvement with planning and coordination of employee events as they are defined and other employee rewards and recognition, Assists teams with the sharing of Employee Opinion Survey results and action planning to maintain and improve working conditions. Proactively partners, plans and make recommendations with members of the management teams to continuously improve the work environment. - Act as a primary point of contact for employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and other human resource related matters. - Performs human resource administrative activities involving the interpretation and application of policies, program/process guidelines and regulatory requirements for managers and employees. Preferably we are looking for: - Exp into Manufacturing, Warehouse operation, Hub operation or Supply chain industry is preferred - Should have strong knowledge of industrial Relation, labour laws, Acts. - Positive attitude, flexible, Good communications skills.
