About the role:- - This Role Owns the Design (UX) Org of Licious both on Mobile &amp; Web Platforms. As a design leader, Consumer Delight should feed your imagination &amp; empathy should give direction to the way you drive the overall experience to the end-user. While we dont mind our Design Leader having an artistic vision but high-quality creative outcomes that capture User Delight is No-compromise Value. Please find below the following responsibilities Responsibilities Of The Role:- - Lead the design of the entire suite of Licious Technology Products. You will drive visual and UX design,Design language, content strategy, user research, and a design process across the company in the pursuit of consistent and high-quality product experiences. - Drive collaboration and a design vision across the company to build alignment on priorities leading to product design and execution. - Partner closely with a very talented team of product managers,engineers, content strategists, user experience researchers, data scientists, and product growth analysts to deliver high-quality experiences for people across markets, platforms, and product surfaces. - Organize, grow and mentor and a talented team of product designers, user researchers, and Ux Writers. This requires setting clear goals, managing project loads, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met, your org is effective, excellent, and inclusive, and team members are set up for success by setting clear and measurable goals. - Develop design talent and build a thriving culture where designers grow in their careers and feel a strong sense of inclusion and belonging. - Synthesize data and research results into actionable recommendations that inform design and content strategies. - Passionately advocate for the user to ensure that the product design strategy is aligned to user needs and expectations An Ideal Candidate Should have:- - 10+ years of experience in design and user research in a high-tech consumer environment, with 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing Ux Team. - Experience working on end-user facing products and experiences.Demonstrated background in Building eCommerce Apps. - The passion to be the face of the design org with visibility across the entire organization. - Experience in identifying and transforming user requirements into user stories, workflows and wireframes very early on in the project life cycle. - Good data orientation and data-driven decision making for crafting delightful consumer product experiences. - Experience executing with hands-on design. - Extremely strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design philosophy and decisions Shweta.
