This person will be responsible for: - Business development, sales and account management with partners across online and offline - Develop and strengthen a unique ecosystem partnership with partners across online and offline for acquiring customers. Partners such as bank partners, fintech companies, UPI players, tax savings wallets etc. - Launch and lead strategic initiatives across categories with synergies to drive acquisition and revenue per user - Identifying and leveraging cross-marketing opportunities with partners such as statements, emails, push notifications etc. - Influence and negotiate policies, commercial terms and SOP's with the partners for a mutually beneficial and lasting partnership - Plan for and drive strategic priorities, identify constraints, trade-off principles and clearly define execution mechanism - Know your customer: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize basis impact, internal capabilities etc. Qualification and experience - 6 + years of relevant business development experience, with demonstrated ability to scale business through partnership - Exceptional business development and stakeholder management skills to build and manage an ecosystem of online and offline partners - Experience of managing a highly talented team - Bias for action and innovation mindset with the ability to take risks and experiment with newer concepts - Preferably a business degree/MBA from a Tier 1 college
