Responsibilities : - Leading and strengthening the vision and strategy for the loyalty program - Conceptualize and launch strategic initiatives along with other teams to drive requisite engagement for the program - Collaborate with product and tech team for conceptualizing and rolling out new features on a regular basis - Develop and drive marketing initiatives for the program basis strategic objectives - Be a multi-functional anchor between brand, revenue, creative, finance and accounting teams - Owning initiative aimed at increasing consumer LTV and retention through the program - Plan for and drive strategic priorities, identify constraints, trade-off principles and clearly define execution mechanism - Know your customer : Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize basis impact, internal capabilities etc. Qualification and experience : - 3 years of relevant experience in consumer tech and B2C sectors. - Deep understanding of CRM techniques and maximizing consumer LTV on digital platform - First principles thinking on product and user design - Innovation mindset with the ability to take risks to experiment and bring innovation to the table - Solid creative thinking and ability to visualize and program manage the execution of creative engagement formats - Experience in managing a highly talented team - Preferably a business degree/MBA from a Tier 1 college
