- Develop, coach, supervise and lead the team - Manage the Performance of the OTC team to meet all agreed SLA - Developing and maintaining tools for monitoring of performance through KPIs - Prioritize and review team activities to ensure appropriate quality and team productivity - Identify development and training needs, support the career development of members in the team - Maintain adequate internal control and segregation of duties - Provide management reports and statistics at various dimensions in the OTC team - Support Business team for all sorts of reports and data required from time to time. Ensure comprehensive communications to all business stakeholders as it relates to OTC - Support in Month end close process by timely completing AR related activities and accounting - Lead the development of OTC related new technology and technology enhancements. Perform user testing and make additional recommendations as needed - Recommend and assist with the implementation technology improvements based upon analysis of business issues, which reduce costs or improve quality Leading to correct and accurate information
