Licious - Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for :
- Developing productive long-term relationships with key account (Modern Trade & Online players) customers
- Create long term strategies with the clients. Develop customer engagement through initiatives like Joint Business Planning, Top 2 Top meetings
- Develop & implement annual sales plan.
- Coordinate with sales, planning & logistics teams to prepare monthly, weekly volume forecast & plans for key accounts.
- Responsible for driving sales target through various initiatives & planning.
- Plan, develop & implement visibility & activation programs across accounts/stores in coordination with sales & marketing team.
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of Sales experience out of which minimum 2 years in KAM or Category Management roles in FMCG industry preferably food & beverages
- FMCG experience is a must, preferably in modern trade
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
- Sales and goals-oriented personality
