- Work with the FP&A Lead to develop annual business operating plans, drive performance management through data, analytics and insights - Develop a deep understanding of the numerous variables and factors and drive the understanding in the reporting - Analyse and highlight callouts in financial and operational performance, recommend solutions for gap closures - Proactively assess analytics requirements to feed into technology and other cross functional teams to develop tools, data machines for leveraging data and insights and drive decision making - Ability to access and leverage existing systems, data to arrive at meaningful, actionable information for business teams. - Develop, build, and process-ise reconciliation between Business & functional dashboards & MIS with AOPs and with financial statements - Lead/ participate and actively drive business projects & initiatives including process standardizations Education Background: - CA / MBA (Finance) - 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience Profile : - High energy levels to work in a dynamic environment with immense learning opportunity / proven working in demanding work environment - Excellent Excel and SQL knowledge, ability to navigate large volumes of data.
